VIETNAM GREEN FINANCE SUMMIT 2026 CONNECTS GREEN CAPITAL WITH INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES

On 6 August 2026, the Vietnam Green Finance Summit 2026, themed "Where Green Capital Connects Investment Opportunities," was held at Thu Thiem Riverstage, Ho Chi Minh City, bringing together policymakers, international development organizations, financial institutions, investment funds, banks, businesses, and sustainability experts.

Co-organized by Viet Nam International Financial Center in Ho Chi Minh City (VIFC-HCMC), FiinGroup, Nam A Bank, and GGGI Viet Nam, the conference provided a platform to exchange perspectives on green finance policy frameworks, international best practices, capital mobilization mechanisms, and investor expectations for Vietnam's sustainable finance market.

A highlight of the summit was the presentation by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Huan, Vice Chairman of VIFC-HCMC, sharing the vision and action plan for developing a green finance policy framework to support its long-term growth.

The strong level of dialogue and collaboration throughout the summit reflected growing momentum to transform Vietnam's green growth ambitions into projects that capable of attracting long-term sustainable capital.
