QUALCOMM PRESENTS LETTER OF INTENT, OPENING DOORS FOR COOPERATION WITH VIFC

As part of its working trip to the United States, Qualcomm-a U.S. Fortune 500 technology corporation, a global leader in wireless connectivity and edge AI, and having a presence in Vietnam for over 20 years-presented a Letter of Intent (LOI) to VIFC-HCMC.

Qualcomm recognized the potential role of VIFC in modernizing the financial system, attracting international investment, and promoting innovation toward building a transparent, safe, and sustainable financial ecosystem. This will help support socio-economic development and enhance Vietnam's competitiveness.

From the perspective of VIFC-HCMC, receiving the LOI is an initial step for both sides to continue discussions, identify suitable areas of cooperation, and study the possibility of turning early orientations into concrete implementation programs.

Leveraging Qualcomm's professional expertise and global network, this connection helps expand relations between VIFC-HCMC and the international tech community. At the same time, it supports the strategic direction for developing digital infrastructure, fintech, and innovative models within the ecosystem of the Viet Nam International Financial Center in Ho Chi Minh City (VIFC-HCMC).
