Sharing his thoughts on this move, Mr. Duc Anh noted that in tech investing, people are the key factor in turning ideas into reality, and VIFC-HCMC is where talent and technology come together to create long-term value. Welcoming experienced professionals who meet global standards is a strategic step for the Center to build out its operational infrastructure and attract more international financial institutions and investors.

Alongside its executive team, the Center continues to strengthen its governance through a Strategic Advisory Group of 13 senior experts and leaders who previously worked at major financial centers such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Astana. Combining high-level strategic advice with an experienced operational team helps Ho Chi Minh City steadily improve its competitive position on the global financial map.

Bringing top experts on board is part of VIFC-HCMC’s strategy to develop four core product pillars: financial technology, investment funds and asset management, the international bond market, and commodity derivatives. A deep understanding of finance, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence will provide strong support for the Center to run safely and transparently in line with global best practices.
